This Policy explains how ROIx Marketing Agency ("ROIx", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data on roix.uz and related services. The app.roix.uz platform has its own privacy policy published separately.

When you submit a request (free audit, callback): name, phone / Telegram, business industry and any other details you provide. For site statistics: device and browser type, pages visited, approximate region — via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Yandex Metrica (using cookies).

How we use data

To contact you and consult on the requested service; to improve service quality and measure site performance; to evaluate our ad campaigns. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Services data is shared with

Requests reach us via Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC). Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel) and Yandex (Metrica) may be used for statistics — each operates under its own policy.

Storage and protection

Request data is kept for as long as needed to provide services. Data is transmitted over HTTPS; only authorized staff have access.
